Guests book these two homes for all sorts of reasons: a contract or new job in Tunbridge Wells, a house move or renovation, hospital or family visits, a wedding at one of the local venues, or simply a longer holiday in Kent with more space than a hotel room. Because both homes have two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a washing machine and a workspace, they work just as well for a week of remote working as they do for a family weekend.
The Garden Apartment is on Salomons Road (TN4 8PG) and Art's Place is on Waterdown Road (TN4 9LF) — both on quiet residential streets in the St John's and Southborough side of town, a short drive or walk from the town centre, The Pantiles, High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells station. You're close to local shops and cafés, with Kent's countryside walks, Groombridge Place, Penshurst and Hever Castle all within easy reach.
Nightly rates are £110 for most of the year and £130 during the summer (11 July – 30 September 2026) and the festive period (23 December 2026 – 1 January 2027). A one-off £70 cleaning fee is added to every stay. Pick your dates on either property page and you'll see the exact total straight away.
